Every price here is a starting price, and we'll tell you the exact figure before you commit — not at collection. Clients mention "transparent" and "reasonable" in our reviews more than anything except the photo updates.
Why every price says “from”. A 3 kg Maltese and a 30 kg Golden Retriever are not the same job. Final pricing depends on your pet's size, coat length and coat condition — a severely matted coat can take twice as long as a well-maintained one. Send us the breed, rough weight and a recent photo and you'll get an exact figure in writing before you book.

Coat length & type
A double coat or a long silky coat takes far longer to dry and finish than a short, smooth one.
Coat condition
Matting is the big one. If a coat is badly matted we'll message you with the options — and the cost — before we carry on.
